Country case studies: Experience of the German Development Cooperation in international programmes in Tanzania and Mozambique

Objectives:

Design of two country case studies for the participation of the German Development Cooperation in international programmes:

  1. Country: Tanzania/ Health sector – Involvement in SWAp (Sector Wide Approach) and basket financing, or budget financing
  2. Country: Mozambique/ Health sector – Involvement in SWAp (Sector Wide Approach) and basket financing, or budget financing

Content:

The German development cooperation participates in a multitude of international programmes worldwide and especially in Southern Africa. The country case studies contribute to the documentation of present experiences and proceedings of the participation of the German development cooperation, particularly with regard to the part of the GTZ, in international programmes on the basis of selected countries and sectors.
