Our Anaesthesia Trainees Have Graduated!
We are thrilled to announce that six dedicated anaesthesia nurses have successfully completed their one-year intensive training at Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Centre (KCMC).
These nurses completed the course as part of the "Improving Health Care Provision in Tanzania (IHC2)" project – a joint effort to strengthen emergency obstetric and newborn care (CEmONC) and family planning services.
Throughout the year, they were mentored and guided by committed tutors. Now reintegrated into their respective health facilities, they are ready to deliver safer surgeries and help improve maternal and newborn outcomes by putting their life-saving skills into action!
Better trained professionals = Safer Cesarean sections. Stronger health systems. Healthier mothers and babies.
